Zhougongshan is a national AAAA level tourist attraction with a very distinctive cultural and historical heritage. The integrated development of culture, tourism, and health industries has attracted a large number of tourists to the scenic area and developed the regional tourism economy.

In order to unify and scientifically solve the problem of centralized sewage treatment in Kongping Village and hot spring hotels, Ya'an Xikang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. plans to upgrade and expand the existing 320m3/d Kongping sewage treatment station in Kongping Village, including the construction of supporting sewage pipe networks. The main solution is to solve the domestic sewage generated by Zhougongshan Town and surrounding retail households, as well as the health and wellness areas, commercial streets, and surrounding hotels in Zhougongshan Health and Wellness Tourism Resort. Industrial wastewater, hotel hot spring wastewater, and aquaculture wastewater are not accepted. After the completion of the project, the processing capacity can reach 960m3/d. The implementation of this project aims to improve the living hygiene conditions of Kongping Village, enhance the quality of life of local residents, and promote social development.

This project is subcontracted by our company, and the sewage treatment process adopts "grid+lifting well+regulating tank+A2O process+secondary sedimentation tank+secondary lifting well+denitrification filter+phosphorus removal integrated machine+fluidized bed activated coke adsorption (ACCA adsorption)+disinfection". The main pollutants in the effluent reach CODcr ≤ 20mg/L BOD5≤4mg/L、 The limit requirements for ammonia nitrogen ≤ 1mg/L and total phosphorus ≤ 0.2mg/L shall be implemented. TN shall comply with the local standards of Sichuan Province, including the "Water Pollution Discharge Standards for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Sichuan Province" (DB 51/2311-2016 Table 1 Concentration Limits for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants). Other pollution factors shall comply with the Class 1A standard in the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). Tail water shall be discharged into Zhougong River, relying on the existing sewage discharge outlet of Zhougongshan Town Sewage Treatment Station in Yucheng District, Ya'an City.
