The project involves the construction of prefabricated integrated pumping stations, fine grids and aeration sedimentation tanks, AAO biochemical tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, magnetic coagulation tanks, blower rooms, and power distribution rooms for sewage treatment and supporting facilities; Renovate facilities such as biochemical tanks, blower rooms, deep well pump rooms, and sludge dewatering rooms in the original factory area, and construct new comprehensive buildings, secondary sedimentation tanks, sludge pump tanks, deodorization facilities, etc. After expansion and upgrading, the entire sewage treatment process will adopt the "pretreatment+AAO biochemical tank+secondary sedimentation tank+secondary lift pump tank+magnetic coagulation tank+ozone contact tank+rotary filter tank+contact disinfection tank+pasteurization tank". The total sewage treatment capacity will reach 30000 tons/day in the near future (2025) and 40000 tons/day in the long term (2030).
