On October 25, 2023, the Qichun County kitchen waste and leachate treatment project was officially put into operation.

The project design includes kitchen waste treatment system, sewage treatment system, deodorization system, electrical system, fire protection system, and supporting buildings. The main project construction and equipment installation and commissioning were completed in just 9 months.

After the project is put into operation, it can process 30 tons of kitchen waste and 45 tons of kitchen wastewater per day, effectively improving the level of harmless treatment and resource utilization of kitchen waste, further improving the living environment, promoting the development of environmental protection industry, and enhancing the overall image of the city.
